  Hi Mr/Miss Curious,
  
  First of all, you will be saving your international contacts as Favorite 10 in your OneSuite account. And yes, you can call your Favorite 10 numbers from your landline, by registering your landline as ZipDial in your OneSuite account.
  
  Calls to My Favorite 10 from your ZipDial-registered phones are charged under the U.S./Canada local access rates of the destination country.

  Can I do this from a landline phone, that doesn't store contacts? That is, can I register an international # that I call often, and get charged at the US rate? If so, how exactly do I do that?

  Hi JaTT, Using Favorite 10 to save your international contacts as US/Canada local numbers is free. Calls to My Favorite 10 from your ZipDial-registered phones are charged under the U.S./Canada local access rates of the destination country. Hope this helps!

  Sorry that you are having problem setting up My Favorite 10. Please see answers for your questions below:
  
  1. As stated in the instruction post(step 6), yes, you will need to click "Summit" to save your entry successfully.
  
  2. You will need to save the "Favorite 10 Local Number" as your contact's number in your cell phone. For the example you shared here, "NJ, New Brunswick, John, 011863780366123", save the local New Brunswick number: "732-xxx-xxxx" as John's contact number in your cell phone. Next time, you will be able to just call 732-xxx-xxxx to reach John in China.
  
  As you will be calling a local number 732-xxx-xxxx, there should not be any extra charges from your carrier. If you are calling from your cell phone and you are on unlimited US calling plan, you'll have nothing to worry about.
  
  Also as stated in our instruction, to ensure Favorite 10 working properly, please make sure to register your cell phone number (or any numbers you originate calls from) as "ZipDial" first.

  I am trying to use the Favurite 10 Function but found it very problematic and need you help.
  1. When I tried to add the entries into the Favourite 10. It's very buggy. It kept on going back to the view without adding the entries when I press the Enter key after entering one line. I figured out that I had to select the Submit button after entering one line. Pressing the Enter key will cancel it.
  2. The instruction on how to use the Favourite function is not clear at all. As an experience IT developer, I am having trouble to figure it out. A normal user will be completely lost.
  I finally added the numbers into Favourite 10. How do I dial the Favourite 10 #s? Here is your instruction “Then, just save the US/Canada local number in your phone’s contact list, so next time all you have to do is choose their name in your phonebook to dial an international call!”
  Save what US/Canada local #? Save the local access number? Save it as what? I have an entry in my Contact list saved as “Onesuite Access #”. I am pretty sure that’s not what you mean. Save the local access number under the persons I want to call? That does not make any sense since there are only 4 access #s and I can enter 10 favorites. If I registered “John” on the Favorite 10 list on OneSuite as, “NJ, New Brunswick, John, 011863780366123”. What do I save on my phone contact?
  Also you mentioned that to verify with the phone company to make sure they are not charging the international rate on the Favorite #. How? Check the phone bill to see you are charged for the call? Give them the numbers on the Favorite? Or make sure the international call is turned off on your call?
  I read you instruction 5 times and there is no way to figure it out. It’s unbelievable that you just put this kind of instruction out there. It’s very disrespectful. It wastes the customers a lot of time.

  To answer your questions, first of all yes, it is $0.05/min to call South Africa and $0.019/min to Canada via Favorite 10. For more rates please visit https://www.onesuite.com/long-distance/check-rates and choose "Local Access" for your rate search.
  
  Secondly, Favorite 10 can be used on your mobile and/or land line. But as described in the post, you'll need to register the phone(s) where you originate calls from, as "ZipDial" first. Please log in to your OneSuite account and register your phone numbers under Long Distance section.

  Yes. Favorite 10 calling rates are the same as calling via OneSuite local access numbers. Thus, calling to UK land line will be $0.02 per minute, for more rates please visit https://www.onesuite.com/long-distance/check-rates
  
  Even if you have Favorite 10 set up, you can still call UK by calling OneSuite toll-free access numbers with PIN.

  Hi, i have the plan where i am charged 7c to South Africa right now with the 1800 number...i understand all but want to know is it now 5c to dial to South Africa and 5c to dial Canada from US if i change to my favorite 10..and can it be the mobile i dial from or the landline and are both mediums 5c...thanks

  if I enter the most used England numbers I call, does that mean that it will still cost me 2cents a minute as before.? Do I still recharge as I always did online? I tried yesterday to call England using the old way 1 800 etc, then pin etc but was not able to ? So I have to go to the new system then??

  My Favorite 10 is an easier way for you to make international calls. So you won't have to dial access number and/or enter PIN. However, as you are still making international calls, the Favorite 10 calling rates are charged the same as U.S. or Canada local access rates to the contacts' destination countries.

  For your new feauture, “My Favorite 10,” which allows me to dial international numbers by calling a local number, does that mean I'm only paying a local rate for the international call? Or, am I still paying the international rate to that country which I am calling? Also, does it apply to foreign mobile numbers? Thank you.

  tell me the difference between the way I apy now and the feature you show about favorite 10. I am not sure where the difference is etc. I do have an account with you already. so How would I pay as I go along??
